Current shipping available upon checkout are for Canada and USA only. If you live somewhere else, send me a message through the 'Contact' page for a quote.
I typically ship through Canada Post/USPS, UPS, or Purolator depending on the item's size, weight, and service availability of the destination. If you would like use a specific service, send me a message. I will ship anywhere it is possible, and charge only what it costs to get there.
While experiencing cold or hot weather, please allow your order to sit and slowly return to room temperature before using or turning on.
I use recycled packaging materials whenever available, which is almost always.
Taxes & Duties
Taxes are automatically collected upon checkout for all Canadian orders.
For international orders (including the USA) all import taxes, duties, tariffs, and or any other charges incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.
Varium Warranty
Instruments, pedals, effects and microphones made or altered by me are guaranteed for 2 years. Within that timeframe parts, labour, and shipping are covered by me. Please note that items subject to abuse or abnormal use are not covered. After the 2 year period, I offer free to low-cost repairs (depending on parts and labour required), you also need to cover the shipping costs. Items that contain rare or irreplaceable vintage components or parts may be swapped for modern equivalents or may not be repairable.
Vintage & Used Gear Sold As-is
All used and vintage items in the shop are sold as-described and cannot be returned unless they arrive in a condition different from how they are described or photographed. All items are guaranteed to be working and fully-functional, unless otherwise noted in the description.
Returns & Refunds
Return and refund requests must be sent within 7 days of receiving the item. To get started, send me a message through the 'Contact' page describing the situation. You will be required to provide photos or video clearly showing the damage or issue in follow-up emails if needed.
In the rare case that your order is damaged in transit, please immediately take as much photo evidence as possible and send me a message.
Items must be returned to the address provided in as-sold condition with all original packaging materials and accessories. Otherwise, returns may be subject to a restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds are issued when the returned item has been received and the condition is confirmed.
