I typically ship through Canada Post/USPS, UPS, or Purolator depending on the item's size, weight, and service availability of the destination. If you would like to use a specific service, send me a message. I will ship anywhere it is possible, and charge only what it costs to get there.
While experiencing cold or hot weather, please allow your order to sit and slowly return to room temperature before using or turning on.
I take great care in packaging items and making sure they arrive safely. Please note that I use recycled clean packaging materials whenever available (which is always).
All orders ship with insurance. In the rare case that your item is damaged in transport, please take lots of photo or video evidence of the entire unboxing process, and send me a message through the 'Contact' page as soon as possible.
Taxes & Duties
For all Canadian orders, taxes are automatically calculated and collected upon checkout.
For international orders (including the USA) all import taxes, duties, tariffs, and or any other charges incurred along the way are the responsibility of the buyer.
