Shipping Info

Current shipping options available upon checkout are for Canada, USA on all listings. Some listings will have options available for Mexico, UK, Australia, Japan, and parts of the EU.

*Please note: Canadian orders to a PO Box are not currently possible due to the Canada Post strike.*

Domestic and International customers can send me a message through the 'Contact' page for an accurate shipping quote to your address. If you would like to use a specific service, that can also be arranged. I will ship anywhere it is possible, and charge only what it costs to get there.

I take great care in packaging items and make sure they arrive safely. Please note that I use recycled clean packaging materials whenever available (which is always).

While experiencing cold or hot weather, please allow your order to sit and slowly return to room temperature before using or turning on.

Taxes & Duties

For all Canadian orders, taxes are automatically calculated and collected upon checkout.

For international orders all import taxes, duties, tariffs, and or any other charges incurred on the shipment along the way are the responsibility of the buyer.

*For USA customers: Effective August 29, new US customs requirements are now in place for all shipments to the United States. All US Shipments Now Subject to Tariffs. The de minimis threshold has been removed. Tariff rates will be assessed on all US-bound shipments based on the product's country of origin and country-specific IEEPA rates. The customer is responsible for paying all charges on the shipment for it be cleared to cross the border.
