Varium Warranty
Instruments, pedals, effects and microphones made or altered by Varium are guaranteed for 2 years. Within that timeframe parts, labour, and shipping costs are covered by Varium. Please understand that items subject to abuse or abnormal use are not covered under the warranty.
After the 2-year period, I offer free to low-cost repairs (depending on parts and labour required), and you need to cover the shipping costs. Items that contain rare or irreplaceable vintage components or parts may be swapped for modern equivalents or may not be repairable.
Vintage & Used Gear
For all vintage and used items return requests must be sent within the 7-day return window. All items are guaranteed to be tested, working and fully-functional, unless otherwise noted in the description. Any work or repairs that have been done will also be listed there.
For warranty requests, send me a message through the 'Contact' page describing the situation. You will be required to provide photos or video clearly showing the damage or issue in follow-up emails if needed.
