This Vox Pathfinder 15 has seen some heavy use but is still sounding great and is in fully-functional condition.

There is wear and tear all around and the logo badge is missing. The ‘Gain’ knob has also been replaced.

These are awesome sounding low-wattage amps that are great at taking pedals.

Top Control Panel Layout

  • Input: Single 1/4" Instrument Jack
  • Gain Control: Adjusts the amount of preamp overdrive
  • Boost Switch: A latching button that dramatically drives the preamp for heavy crunch/distortion (also footswitchable)
  • Volume Control: Controls overall master output level
  • Treble EQ: Passive high-frequency tone control
  • Bass EQ: Passive low-frequency tone control
  • Tremolo Speed: Adjusts the rate of the built-in analog tremolo circuit
  • Tremolo Depth: Adjusts the intensity/wave-depth of the tremolo effect (can be turned to zero to turn off the effect)

Rear Panel I/O (Inputs & Outputs)

Footswitch Jack: 1/4" jack compatible with the optional Vox VFS2 dual footswitch to remotely trigger the Boost and Tremolo circuits.

  • Headphone Jack: 1/4" headphone out. Plugs in here automatically mutes the internal Bulldog speaker for completely silent practice.
  • Line Out: A specially filtered, frequency-compensated 1/4" DI jack meant for routing directly to a recording interface or PA system without using a microphone.
  • External Speaker Out: 1/4" jack out to run the amplifier into a larger guitar cabinet. It requires an 8-Ohm minimum load and automatically bypasses the internal 8" speaker when a cable is connected.
