Altered GTE Automatic Electric Rotary Telephone from 1981 is now a lofi microphone with rotary stutter effect.
The handset speaker has been converted to a lo-fi microphone and moved to the mouth-piece position.
The rotary dial has been altered to be used as a rotary stutter effect - it cuts the signal in and out as the dial rotates.
The switch hook is now an on/off switch so when you hang up the phone, the output is muted.
The phone body has a 1/4" output jack for connecting to other gear.
